What should I wear?
You will see a variety of styles, including suits and business casual worn mostly by leadership, sweaters, dress shirts, skirts, polo's, khaki's and jeans. Many may wear a tallit (prayer shawl) and/or kippah, which is encouraged.
Will I be asked to give money?
No, you will not be asked to give money. We encourage you to seek the Lord and follow His lead in how He would like you to give. During services, our Tzedakah (offering) Box is always open in the rear of the sanctuary. Also, you can give online on our donation page.
Will there be live worship music?
Yes, our services begin with songs of worship and sabbath prayers. We welcome you to worship with us in singing and Israeli/Davidic dance. Don't worry, our dance team will gladly help you with the easy steps in case you feel like joining.
Will there be reading from scripture?
Yes, one of the beautiful moments of our service is reading from one of our two Torah scrolls each week. Readings from the Torah are following by selections from the Haftorah (prophetic writings) and B'rit Chadashah (New Covenant).
What can my children do during the service?
After worship & praise and the Torah service readings, children are dismissed for Shabbat School. Classes accommodate ages three through eighth grade. There is also a high school class available.
Is there child care available?
We offer toddler care starting at 18 months - 4 years. The toddler room is located right outside the main sanctuary and attendants are available starting at 10:00 a.m. on Shabbat.
Will visitors be asked to introduce themselves during service?
No, you will not be asked to stand up or give a speech. We welcome our first time guests briefly during the service and honor them by giving them the option to be first in line during our kiddush (lunch) that follows the service.
Are there any classes for adults?
Yes, there are afternoon education classes following kiddush at 1:00 p.m. You can join the classes virtually here.
How long will the service last?
Our service duration is around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is ample parking available in our private parking lot, located behind the building (west side).
