2025 Haggadot Request Form

The congregation has a limited supply of messianic Haggadot (Haggadahs) and we’d like to extend the use of them to our community for those hosting in-house seders during the 2025 Pesach season. The use would be on the terms of borrowing, as read in the steps below.

Step 1: Submit the request form below
Step 2: Pick-up your borrowed supply at Shabbat Services on Apr 5 and Apr 12
Step 3: Return your borrowed supply in good, clean condition at Shabbat Services between Apr 19 - May 10.

If Haggadot are not returned by May 10th, they will be considered lost and will need to be reimbursed at $10 per Haggadah.
